13 inch MACBOOK WILL NOT TURN ON...SCREEN IS BLANK AND WHITE LIGHT IS ON BUT NOTHING
My 13 inch macbook will not turn on, eg the hard drive makes noise and light comes on but nothing shows on screen.

It would help to know what operating system you have. Is the screen black? Do you get a startup Chime? If you OS is above 10.6.8, try Command-Option-P-R keys at startup to go into recovery. There you can run disk utilities or reinstall.
