Q: Lock notification center so it remains visible all the time?

Hello.  Is there a way to keep the notification center visible at all times?  When I click the icon to view it, it opens - but the moment I click on something outside of it, it hides again.

I'd like to keep this open to the right all the time.  Thanks.
