address change problems
I am trying to change my billing address in iTunes Store. I'm required to update my credit card info. I key that in and continue to the address change and hit enter. Apple says my card is denied. My bank for the credit card says all is well and has no explanation for a rejection. Naturally, I cannot call anyone at Apple and can't even email them because this is NOT about a order number. As usual, it's Apple's horrible customer service at work. Any suggestions about how to fix this since I can't ask Apple directly? Many thanks.
