My phone is crashing after I updated to 9.2.1 iOS !!help

ALL MY APPS WONT WORK,messenger ,tumblr ,every app..,they kick me off the apps

iPhone 5, iOS 9.2.1

Basic troubleshooting steps:

restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new.
