Q: How do I transfer videos from pc to photos app?

So I have this folder of videos on my pc that I wanted to transfer onto my phone. I freed up the appropriate amount of space, and transferred them, but it went into the videos app, and I couldn't upload them where I wished to. I was wondering if there was a way to transfer those videos to the photos app. Either on the phone or directly from the pc.
