Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities! I'm sorry to hear you are having these issues with Calendar after your upgrade to El Capitan. I'm a bit unclear on how you had your Calendar syncing previously configured. If you were syncing your calendars via a direct USB connection, you may want to double check that it is still set to sync calendars in iTunes, as outlined in this article:
