Q: Battery Problems. PLEASE HELP!

Up until a few days ago, my battery would last for about a day when it was fully charged. That's when it would be on all day in my pocket, being used to check to time every hour or two. Now, with the same use, it goes from 100% to 15%. In a ten minute car ride, it went from 20% to 7% while I was using it. I am assuming that it is a battery problem. Should I replace it? Its an iPhone 6 which I got about two months after it came out.
