iPhone mail app display yahoo inbox as empty

It started last night before I updated to the latest update. I noticed a huge decrease in my yahoo mail notification and it turns out the mail app failed to register one of my email account. I loaded 3 on there, one google mail and two yahoo mails. My primary yahoo mail was the one that was unable to registered. Whenever I click in the inbox, it kept on saying "no mail". Well the thing is, I checked that same mail account on my desktop and all my emails are still in there perfectly untouched. I tried deleting my mail account off from the app and re-adding it and also restarting my phone. I did this a bunch of times and still no result. I've searched online for solutions and tried out other people's method but none of them worked. I am resorted to using the Yahoo App which is an inconvenient and would really like to fix this problem. Anybody have a similar problem or suggestions? It would be greatly appreciated!

I see that you are having issues with one of your Yahoo mail accounts. I understand that you have already done some troubleshooting, to include removing and re-adding the account. But I would recommend taking a look at the following article to make sure that you have not missed any of the suggested steps to resolving the issue.

The same thing just happened to me. The inbox on my yahoo mail account on my IPhone is blank and shows only "No Mail" while the sent, trash and other folders are fine. I called 1800myiphone and we deleted the account, re added it, and nothing worked. Then I took it to the genius bar where we hard reset the phone, deleted the account/re added it, and then erased the entire phone and started from scratch with no success. Then we tried my account on several different I phones and the same thing happens. The emails are fine on any computer, but not on I phones. This has never happened before and I have used this same account for the last 6-7 years on different i phones with no issue and this happened overnight with no apparent etiology. Please let me know if anyone figures out a solution. Thanks

MY yahoo inbox went empty after this recent iOS update. I have tried every suggested fixes with no success. I believe it's a bug in this latest iOS version.
