iMac Screen Blue lines

Hi,

Have read a few threads about graphics card failures however they seem different to my issue, I hope I'm not in the same boat. See below screenshot of my 2013 iMac (currently running El Capitan). Thoughts? Appreciate any feedback - currently in South Korea so service could be a nightmare...
