Jan 31, 2016 3:51 PM in response to Gwiibearby iFan1701,You are not alone. I am on my second pencil after having the first one replaced because of battery issues. This new one does the same thing. 100 percent charge, with no use and I'll be down to 10 percent by morning. The pencil does not seem to be going into standby. I wonder if it has anything to do with the proximity to the iPad pro. Meaning, the pencil activates near the screen in order for the sensors to do thier job. Wondering if the pencil can't sleep due to it being kept in a holder attached to my zoo gue case. i understand that the iPad goes to sleep, but the pencil does not seem to be sleeping. Seems many people around the net are experiencing the same thing.
