Macbook Air 11" screen problem?

I just cleaned and wiped the outside part of my Macbook Air as I normally doto wipe off the excess dirt from the screen and keyboard (I turned the laptop off by this time). When I turn it on, I did not see anything wrong. After using it for a while, I realized that I have these horizontal lines on the right part of the screen. I have search on the internet what could possibly be wrong and I think it might be the LCD failure or something like that? I see other people fixed theirs by replacing the LCD screen, but I'm not really sure about it. Is there any way to fixed it without opening the LCD screen? Or should it?

Thanks in advance.
