Q: I accidentally pressed forget this device on my iPhone when hot spotting my IPad. Now my iPad will find my phone but will not let me join it! I have reset all settings and still it won't work????

I Accidentally pressed forget this device on my iPhone when trying to hotspot my iPad With my phone. My iPad will pick up my phone when searching but won't let me connect! My phone isn't picking up my iPad at all! I have reset the strings on my phone and it still won't work????
