How can I get the Track Info and Album Artwork. The album I have is on the Gracenote Database andis a shop bought CD.

I have been using Itunes for years on Windows and in the past year I noticed that Album artwork doesn't download and Track Info is not importing. My Album is in the Gracenote database but I cannot figure out why its not connecting. I have constant wifi at work and home.
