I have a 32GB usb stick on FAT32 format. I can't transfer on it a 14GB movie because it says 'file too large for volume's format'. Any advices?

FAT 32 has a file size limitation. Reformat the usb stick as HFS Extended (journaled) to comply with OS X.
Adding to Klaus1's post, the file limitation with Fat32 is 4 GB.
Ciao.
Yes, the max. file size of FAT32 is 4 GB.
If you are trying to copy from a PC use exFAT format. It will work with both Mac and PC and does not have the 4GB file size limit.
Ops sorry, I thought you were using an external drive. Not sure if you can format a USB stick to exFAT.
So I guess the solution would be to get an external USB drive and format it as exFAT. They are pretty cheap now. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/wd-my-passport-ultra-2tb-external-usb-3-0-2-0-portab le-hard-drive-classic-black/7869183.p?id…

It works also with USB(exFat). Actually, that was the problem, the transfer between PC and Mac.Thank you so much!
