I have a 32GB usb stick on FAT32 format. I can't transfer on it a 14GB movie because it says 'file too large for volume's format'. Any advices?

Yes, the max. file size of FAT32 is 4 GB.

If you are trying to copy from a PC use exFAT format. It will work with both Mac and PC and does not have the 4GB file size limit.

Ops sorry, I thought you were using an external drive. Not sure if you can format a USB stick to exFAT.

So I guess the solution would be to get an external USB drive and format it as exFAT. They are pretty cheap now. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/wd-my-passport-ultra-2tb-external-usb-3-0-2-0-portab le-hard-drive-classic-black/7869183.p?id…

Also see this link about different drive formats. http://www.howtogeek.com/235596/whats-the-difference-between-fat32-exfat-and-ntf s/
