Is this replacement program still valid???

Just bought a used 27" iMac with AMD Radeon 6970 with this exact video card issue, wondering if it is still a program they honor. i found this link on google, but don't see it on the list on Apple support site

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8), 4G Ram

If its not listed its expired. You could call Apple and might get lucky but it being used item you never know.

I had this problem. gave to service on diagnostics. But they have not identified the problem and refused to replace. how to replace?
