Thunderbolt Display Problems.
I have an Apple Display 27in - the display keeps going in and out, what can I do to fix this? It is happening with multiple macs. I am connecting from monitor to thunderbolt.

You may have a bad cable. Connect using a separate TB cable from your Mac directly to the TB port on the monitor and see what happens.

you can not disconnect the cord..it is a 1 cord that goes from display and splits into thunderbolt and charger
You do not understand. Get another TB cable and connect from your Mac to the extra TB port on the display. This will bypass the built in cord (do not use). This will determine if the built in cord is bad.
Holly crap guys! A friend lend me a thunderbolt cable, and magic! it's working like a charm! 😮
Do the ports at the back of the display still work when you do this?
