itunes error 48 updating to 9.2.1

hi i was in 9.2 and i deside to update to 9.2.1 and in the unlock proces was saying iphone canot contat server to activate so i deside to restore from itunes and i got error 48 in macbook pro and i try in other computer in windows 10 and i get other error 3040 i think my phone was working perfect whats the deall
