Q: IPhone 5 Battery Percentage Stuck

I've got a IPhone 5 recently and after a couple day's i noticed that my Battery Indicator/Percentage is always the same. It stays the same when its Charging and when i leave it. It only updates when i restart my IPhone. Is there a solution for this? At first i thought it was Overheating that was causing the problem but i just want to be sure what the problem is.

This issue can occur if you've manually changed the time on the device or changed time zones while traveling. Apple is aware of this issue and will fix on a later OS update. In the meantime, here's the fix:

Restart the device. From the Home Screen, tap Settings > General > Tap Date & Time. Ensure Set Automatically is enabled

Thanks for the answer but my Phone was already set to Automatic. Here's something else i noticed. The Percentage/Indicator is different when its charging and when its not. For example it may be 96% when its not charging and it stays like that and when i plug in to charge it it changes to 91% and stays that as long as its plugged in. The moment i take it out it goes back to 96% again. Don't know if this is causing the Phone to restart by itself but its been restarted randomly lately too.

At this point, I would try to backup and restore the phone. If that doesn't resolve the issue, contact Apple Support.

I just noticed that the phone only restarts itself atleast twice when i restart it myself then it boots up the 3rd time and stays on.
