Q: RDP connection is not working properly

I have problems to connect a windows PC by RDP. I am using Microsoft Remote Desktop version 8.0.26 and have a mac book pro OSX 10.10.5

Had an update for RDP on 15th January, but never worked properly.

 

My VPN connection is on, but I cannot connect by RDP. Still having the black screen with NEGOTIAN CREDENTIALS.

And if I am really lucky to connect, after 15 min. my connection is locked.

Server do not have a time out question for this.

I have a good connection if I use my old Windows PC by a USB Key RDP connection.

 

I don't know where to look, ICT is not helping properly and the only thing I want is working

 

Please HELP
