iCloud storage

how do I get the saved storage from iCloud downloaded to my windows pc? we saved all of our storage from our Iphone5s but didn't download it before factory resetting the iphone.how do I download the saved storage from iCloud and view it on my laptop

I Assume that you means that you backed up the phone with iCloud before you restored the device. If you want to download all of your iCloud data to your PC, follow the instructions here.
