The Lock Screen Passcode, the Restrictions Passcode, and your Apple ID Password can be very different. If it is asking you for a Passcode you should be able to use the options described at the bottom. If it is asking you for your Apple ID Password, you cannot bypass it and will need to retrieve it. Also if you have proof of purchase for your device, you can go to an Apple Store, they will help you with the Apple ID PW, but only if you can prove that you are the legitimate owner.

If you don't remember your Lock Screen Passcode use Recovery Mode.

If you don't remember the Restrictions Passcode you will need to Restore your device as New. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the option to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
es el código inicial que se debe poner para activar el teléfono, como era nuevo me pidió una clave de 6 dígitos y se me olvido, y se me bloqueo por completo, yo si recuerdo el Apple id pero entro a itunes para restaurar y me aparece un error 1671
no me deja hacer la recuperación me aparece error 1671
Try Recovery Mode:
Turn off your device.
Connect the device charging cable to the computer only (not to the iPhone or iPad yet).
Open iTunes.
Press and hold the power button on your device and don’t let go.
Connect the cable to the device while keeping the power button pressed down.
Wait until the computer detects the device and wait for it to restore.
Restore as New first and then restore from backup(s) if desired.
