Quicktime Broadcaster Video Greyed Out

When I try to use QT Broadcaster the all the options for the video source are greyed out.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4), Parallels with W7 and W10
