Q: USB Connection and Disconnection Issue

My USB keeps on connecting and disconnecting after updating to El Capitan. I am sure the problem is with USB as it doesn't happen with any other PC.

 

I have read that the El Capitan have USB 3.0 issue

Any help would be appreciated.
