Hi Guys hope you can help me. I Have MAC using on 10.4.11 (Tiger). This is used in a school, I want to know how to get to the Network Account Server so I can point all login to our server so students can log in.
OS X Yosemite (10.10)
Check in:
system preferences > Accounts > Login Options ....
...there should be a reference to Open Directory Utility.
That is where you specify the Open Directory Server that will hold the Accounts.

I have tried search on on the Mac, TNA
Is there any other way of getting around this?
I looked again at my Tiger machines. "Directory Utility" is loose in the Utilities folder. Once you properly specify the Open Directory Server, and also enter your Server local IP Address as the DNS server for your Mac (if not proffered by your Router) you should be able to connect easily.
