Error message "your document could not be sent"

Is anyone else getting an error message "your document could not be sent" when you have downloaded a pdf, annotated it and you're trying to send it back to the student. The document is deleted along with all your annotations. It only appears to happen 75% of the time but it does mean that you effectively have to mark everything twice. This is immensely frustrating.
