Sorry I do not use or run windows, so I do not know if it will work or if there is something like ScreenRecycler for windows.

Mac App StoreJust to add, Apple hasn't made a 24" iMac since early 2009 and it doesn't support TDM even Mac to Mac.

as far as I can see on their site then it would let a windows or mac running the software act as second display too
though it being over the network you should likely not expect gaming 3d performance to be great
