downloaded El Capitan lost some function on wireless mouse

This is a mac , and in mouse in preferences it only talks about tap to enlarge and make smaller.

Thanks so much for your help, but now that thats cleared up i have another question.

I use to be able to hold down i believe the control key and and swipe up or down on my mouse to make the image larger then the opposite direction to make it smaller ,

now all i can do is double tap to reduce it or bring i back.

is that feature no longer available?
