I posted a podcast last week and i requested changes to the title. Since then my podcast has been removed from iTunes entirely. What is the best way to correct this issue and get my podcast back on iTunes. I tried to resubmit the RRS Feed URL but it keeps telling me it has already been submitted.

Go to https://itunespodcasts.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and click the disclosure triangle at the right of the 'Choose a topic' field - choose 'Re-activate feed' and proceed from there.
I don't know what you mean by 'requested changes to the title' - the iTunes Store can't change the title; you do that yourself in the feed.
Of course it may have been removed if you've violated one of their Terms of Use - for example strong language, unacceptable content or copyright violation.
