Pulling 192.168.2.92 IP Address

I'm on DSL, and all was good. Then one day, I open my Macbook to get online and all of a sudden I have a 192.168.2.92 IP Address, and I'm not able to get out. Not it won't go away...I've been on the phone with Apple for 2 hours, talked with Sprint DSL, and did everything I can think of to fix this problem. But the 192.168.2.92 won't go away!!!

Amplifying information: Loaded Parallels (program that allows me to load XP while using OS X), and all was good, using both and surfing the net on both. Next day, was able to get out using XP, but Mac came up with the 192.168.2.92 and not able to surf. Decide to uninstall Parallels to get my Mac back up, with no joy. Reloaded the entire OS in the hopes that my Mac would come back up, and still getting that freakin IP Address. Unable to fix (along with Apple), and need some direction here. Thanks...

I had to go into Terminal, and manually change my Mac Address. Reboot the DSL Router to get it to recognize the new Mac Address. It still didn't work. Then I rebooted everything, and it came back online. When I rebooted the Mac, it reverted back to the original Mac Address, but by that time, the DSL Router had another one in memory for my Macbook. So when it saw a new one, it issued out a new IP Address, and all is good. Thanks for the help and suggestions...
