back up to iCloud

Hi, I have a Iphone 4s 16 gb. OS 9.2.1 and I have a problem for iCloud. I create account and my phone is not possible backup my phone in Icloud.


If I log on in iTunes that not problem backup my phone in computer. When I want to back up by iTunes to iCloud also it is impossible.


I dont understand that. My iPhone never have backup in iCloud and this I don understand. Do you have a idea haw I make back up to iCloud??

I Had the same problem back in October - I'm sure that you saw my post in that discussion - and I just kept trying and trying until it finally worked. Were you ever able to backup to iCloud?


Try another WiFi network, try turning WiFi off, restart the device, then turn WiFi on again, delete your backups and try again.

I know that it took me a few days before I was able to finally get my devices to backup again. I had been using iCloud backups for a couple of years and it just quit working shortly after updating to iOS 9.


You could try resetting all settings. Sometimes that can clear up corrupt settings that can cause problems. I don't know if it will help or not.


Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. No data is lost when you do this, but all device settings have to be entered again, including your WiFi network passwords.
