Rec'd dropbox within email with photo of doc from friend. Said view, thought was enlarging doc, immediately zip file went to downloads. opened folder several files, opened 1, did not open funny code file. am I ok, person who sent hacked. Zeus virus?

Received email purported from friend that contained dropbox. Within dropbox had photo of small document, and note from friend. (I was Not familiar with dropbox). The document had view listed by it. I clicked view thinking I was enlarging document to read what it was. A zip file folder immediately went to downloads. I opened folder and it had several files listed, one had suspicious code. One that did not I opened. Called person and they said their email had been hacked. Someone had mentioned to them it might be Zeus. Although I downloaded zip file, and opened one file that looked ok, and I did not open the file with suspicion code. Am I okay?
