I have a few contacts where i can only send an imessage to. When i am not connected to wifi or mobile network its tries to send a blue message (imessage) but it won't send i enabled send as sms when imessage doesn't go but still not working.

You're not connected to cellular data, or you're not connected to the mobile network at all?
If you're not connected to either the mobile network or WiFi, how do you expect it to send anything?
Ow soory my bad i typed it wrong i had no wifi and no mobile data, i can send green messages to people with no iphone and some with but not all with iphone.
If you're frequently without cellular data access, just shut off iMessage entirely. Trying to go back and forth will only cause confusion for all concerned.
Eventually, it should send as an SMS if you haven't turned it off, but if doesn't always behave well. Not to mention the fact that if it's a MMS message, cellular data is required.
I wanna send normal messages to these numbers without imessage but i don't wanna turn it off al the time when there is no wifi or mobile data is there a way. My dad has a iphone 4 and it works fine with him i have a 5 and it doesnt work.
You can force individual messages to send as SMS, but there is no way to selectively use SMS for some numbers and iMessage for others.
Why are you without cellular data?
Because i am going on vacation and there is not always cellular data available. I just find it weird that an iphone 4 can do it and my 5 can't do it when if have wifi or data i want imessage when i dont i wanna send sms.
