Q: FCPX:  How to download Associated Production Music?

I just realized that I do not have Associated Production Music loaded on my FCPX.  Is there a way to download it?  I thought this was pre-loaded by Apple.

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)

If you had Final Cut Studio and installed Soundtrack Pro, or you have Logic (any version) or Garageband and purchased the extra content you should find Apple Loops in your /Library/Audio folder.  I believe you can select the folders you find there and drag and drop them into the Audio Browser - the top portion  (Music and Sound):

Give FCPX a little time to import all the clips (it's not copying, but indexing).

You can do likewise with any other collection of music you have.

If you need to, you can click the border between the panes and drag down the actual file selector region (you may need to if you haven't adjusted the browser before.)
