I updated the iOS and now the pencil is not being recognized. I restarted the iPad Pro twice, that didn't help. Can anyone help, please? Thanks
iPad, iOS 9.2.1, pencil not working
How is it NOT being recognized?
Is it pairing with the iPad when you plug it into the Lightning connector?
Make sure the tip of the Pencil is completely securely screwed on.
When I tried to pair it, I got a message "this accessory is not certified and may not work with this ipad".
I called Apple care and they didn't know how to fix it, so they will send me a new pencil.
