Roaming charges Background Data (Portuguese & English)

Alguém ja teve problemas com vodafone travel, na ultima semana vi o saldo a descer "misteriosamente".

Tenho tarifário Yorn X 5gb com desconto de 3,90 semanais.

Por motivos profissionais desloco-me ao reino unido frequentemente.

Eis o que se passou:

1) A vodafone activou-me indevidamente o vodafone travel sem autorização na minha conta YORN X.. Pedi para ver a gravação da chamada ou do SMS que activou o vodafone Travel no meu numero, claro que não o teem pois nunca foi activado, vou aguardar uma resposta sobre esse caso..

2) Quando chego ao reino unido no dia 15 não faço ideia que tinha o VDF travel activo, no dia 19 sem o prever um SMS no dia 19/01/2016 as 00.35 foi-me cobrado um serviço de DADOS em roaming 2,11€ p/dia...

O equipamento em ultilizaçao é um iphone 6, como podem observar houve Dados em background de 2kb e 3kb que levou a cobraça indevida de 2,11€.

Não sei o que se passa em background, a única app que faz comunicações e as vez uso é o WhatsAPP mas mesmo assim com o roaming desligado nada devia passar.

Alguém ja teve problemas semelhantes com vodafone travel ?

Anyone with problems regarding Data charge abroad using the Iphone, in the last week my balance mysteriously disappear due Background Data.

For professional reasons i usually go abroad, i use a wireless Huawei MIFI for all internet use, all roaming and data are turn off in the iPhone.

Heres what happened

1) The vodafone portugal activate without my knowledge the Vodafone travel in my account YORN X..i request to vodafone the phone call recording or the SMS, im waiting for a reply (off course they don't have anything )...

2) When i arrive in the UK on the 15/01/2016 i have no ideia that VDF travel is activated, than on the 19/01/2016 at 00:35 i receive a SMS with a Roaming Data charge that cost 2,11€ daily...

The equipment is iPhone 6, IOS 9, has you can see theres background DATA of 2kb and 3kb, that lead to charges.... has i said before, i have wireless mifii and i don't spend a cent in voice or data communication in the Iphone... ALL ROAMING & DATA was OFF

The only app that i have installed capable of voice communications its the WhatsAPP that i regularly use by wireless, still Nothing should go through...

Anyone add similar situations ?
