Is the "flashing white" screen appearing when you watch any movie on your iPad? Is it only happening when you are streaming a movie from the internet, or watching a movie that is stored on your device? In general, if you have issues with the display on your iPad mini, try these steps:
Get help with the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Try to restart your device. If you can't restart, force restart your device.
- If this doesn't work, restore your device.
- If you still see the issue after you restore, contact Apple Support.
