My caller ID doesn't respond to touch. How can I do? My phone is iPhone 6s.

You must have mistaken the two.

Caller ID is part of your cellular settings from your provider.

Touch ID is for unlocking your iPhone and also can be use to purchase items from iBooks, iTunes and App Store. In some countries also for Apple Pay.
