Windows Bootcamp won't load after creating new Partition, the drive is locked I think?

Hi, I already wrote about this and posted in on the Reddit sub "/r/osx", where someone linked me to here.

MY POST -

"So I have a Macbook Pro 2012 and I've been running Windows 10 on it forever. I realized that I was running out of space on Windows 10 so I went to Disk Utility and I added a whole new partition instead of adding space to my Windows partition.

After thinking I realized I didn't need to do that, I deleted that one. There's just 2 partitions now, like when I started (Untitled/Windows 10 and Mac).

The problem is, now I can't boot the Windows one. Whenever I start my Macbook, it says something like "No bootable device found - enter bootable drive"

So I restart, press ALT, and I can open OS X. All the files and stuff for the Windows partition are still there, but I can't load it.

Does anyone know what I should do? The files on the Windows partition are important, and I need to use Windows to run my music software"

So after making this post I came to the conclusion that my disk0s4 (where Windows is) is locked, because I can't do anything with it in Disk Utility, most of the options are greyed out. I tried to unlock it with no luck.

Then I found this post which gave me hope because it seems like I'm not the only one with this problem lol Repairing Boot Camp after creating new partition

So I tried the first suggestion and got this:

Russells-MacBook-Pro:~ (MY COMPUTER USERNAME)$ sudo fdisk -e /dev/disk0s4

fdisk: /dev/disk0s4: Resource busy

Does anyone know where to go from here? Thanks

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.2)

Can you post the output of the following OS X Terminal commands?

diskutil list

diskutil cs list

sudo gpt -vv -r show /dev/disk0

sudo fdisk /dev/disk0

The "sudo" commands will prompt for your password, and it will not be echoed back. You may also see a warning about improper use of "sudo" and potential data loss due to "abuse" of the command.

Ok, I just copy and pasted the results and stuff into here from Terminal. Also I stopped censoring my computer username cuz I realized when I made my Apple forums account it's just my name backwards, so it's not that hard to decipher, lol.

Step 1 : diskutil list -

Russells-MacBook-Pro:~ russelladams$ diskutil list

/dev/disk0 (internal, physical):

If I need to redo anything I can do that. It's searching "disk0", not "disk0s4" where Windows is, I don't know if that matters though.

You have El Capitan, so we need to disable SIP.

1. Boot into Local Recovery (Command+R).

2. Start Utilities -> Terminal.

3. Type csrutil disable in Terminal and press Enter/Return.

4. Type csrutil status.

5. Boot normally, and type csrutil status to confirm that all individual entries are still disabled.

B. Correct the MBR for Windows boot ability. Please ignore the i386 MBR error message, but not any others.

sudo fdisk -e /dev/disk0

p

setpid 4

07

flag 4

p

w

Reboot and check if you can see the BC Volume and files in the volume using Finder. If you can, use System Preferences -> Startup Disk, click on the lock icon and choose Bootcamp and click Restart. If everything works normally re-enable SIP using csrutil enable and the method in Step A.

Windows Bootcamp won't load after creating new Partition, the drive is locked I think?
