Mar 31, 2016 2:30 PM in response to Dr_Oby WolfMast3r,My iPhone 6s 64 is practically useless at the moment. Opening links of any kind from Safari, Mail, iMessage, Whatsapp crashes the app. Only way to recover is to close the app. This really disturbs my work.
A quick fix would be nice. As far as I'm concerned a few other users are experiencing same kind of issues.
The interesting thing here is that this started some days before I updated to 9.3. The day these problems began I didn't do anything special with my iPhone, if something I might have installed one game on my device. Updated to 9.3 hoping this would help but no.

Apr 1, 2016 1:22 AM in response to Mrs C Spainby StephanJC,Hi Folks,
yes finally they fixed it, for me it was TWO MONTH of workarounds, tries an anger (and still is because the update servers seem to be overloaded).
A not existing communication and an ignoring press in the first six weeks did not make it better.
Apple you used up all your credits by now. Next time we will quit to Android.

Apr 1, 2016 2:19 AM in response to StephanJCby princsleissa,Sorry to hear that your problem did not get fixed quicker. Nothing is perfect... Androids are not either... I dont work for Apple, they surely can improve on crisis management. I find that they suck at damage control, but i'm not convinced you would have a better experience with Android. In the end, it's a different philosophy, a different product concept. you cannot walk away from an integrated system and embrace fully open just because their support service was below standard. I mean yes you can but it does not seem to be a right reason to do so. Anyway, best of luck with Apple or Android whichever you give your trust to
