I didn't read the directions right and activated the AT&T and T-Mobile sim card into my phone and I was supposed to activate the CDMA sim card. Now straight talk says my service is on the t-mobile sim card but won't show up on my phone due to the fact that I activated it wrong. Is there a way I can get around this problem and re activate it with the other sim card?

Sound as if your phone is now locked to T-Moible, so nothing you can do.
All you can do is use T-Mobile for up to 40 days before they will consider an unlock request.
Use it on T-Mobile and then ask them to unlock it and start again.
T-mobile service wont work on my phone.. I was supposed to use the CDMA sim card it says my phone number is in service but the sim in my phone is saying it iasn'tactivated
There is no such thing as a CDMA SIM card. At least not in the US. Something that is commonly referred to as a CDMA SIM is found in some parts of Asia, but they do not work at all in iPhones.
I'm holding a Verizon Wireless SIM card right now... In the USA, and CDMA although yes, they were like dead last to finally join the SIM card community basically conceding to GSM in a way. Here's what the SIM cards look like for Verizon, Sprint, and Virgin Mobile, all using SIM cards, all on CDMA:
Those are NOT CDMA SIM cards. They are LTE/GSM SIM cards. They are only used for access to the Verizon LTE network. They are NOT used for access to the CDMA network.
Access to the CDMA network is based in the MEID of the chipset in the phone.
