Q: Frequent Kernel Panic

Hello everyone, lately I'm having issues with my macbook pro, by issues I mean frequents kernel panics mostly when I'm watching videos on YouTube, it start like 1 month ago, and lately it became very often, almost everyday it happen like two times in a few hours each. I don't know what to do, i'm really a noob on macs so I hope someone can help me or point me in the right direction to solve this.

I'm talking about a mid 2012 macbook retina, 2.3Ghz Intel core i7, 8GB memory, intel HD Graphics 4000, OSX El capitan version 10.11.2, I haven't done anything on the laptop as I said i'm a noob, I don't know what or how to do it. please someone can help  me? Thank you
