Where do I download Paintbrush 2.1.2?

I'd like to add paintbrush to my macbook pro. Maybe it's even already on the macbook? I have operating system 10.6.8

I have had no problem with sourceforge downloads. I avoid cnet, softonic, and other aggregators since sometime you also get adware with the download. Adware is not that bad and can be easily removed.
