iphone 6+ can not backup to icloud

i have 49gb available space at icloud' also have 19gb space available in my phone everytime i try to backup starts middle of backup tells me can not complete

plz help thank you

Hi Majidmast,

If you are unable to backup your iPhone using iCloud, I would suggest backing it up using iTunes as a temporary measure, and then following the steps in this resource:

Make a backup using iTunes

Get help backing up your device in iCloud

thank you done that

i read number of message from folks with similar issue, contacted apple spend a lot of time on phone and tries everything still same issue

message reads "THE LAST BACK UP COULD NOT BE COMPLETED " LAST BACKUP: NEVER
