Motion 5 license lost due to OS re-install

Hi there,


I bought a license for Motion 5 the 22/12/2013 I haven't used it much and since then I have reinstalled the OS on my computer and also switched from the French Appstore to the Singaporean one. Can Motion 5 support team simply transfer the license to my new App Store account, I don't understand why it doesn't sync automatically. Anyone has a solution ?

If you still have problems after trying to log in with your AppleID as Karsten suggested, you can contact the Apple support team, there's link in the app store.


-Open the App store.

-In the quick links on the right , the fourth option is "Support". Click it.

-It will take you to a web page for support, click the "Contact Support" button.


From there, it should be clear. Cheers!
