Motion 5 license lost due to OS re-install
Hi there,
I bought a license for Motion 5 the 22/12/2013 I haven't used it much and since then I have reinstalled the OS on my computer and also switched from the French Appstore to the Singaporean one. Can Motion 5 support team simply transfer the license to my new App Store account, I don't understand why it doesn't sync automatically. Anyone has a solution ?
