Why can I not get my Weight Watchers app to synch with Apple Health?

I just started Weight Watchers today and was hoping I could synch the app with Apple Health, but am finding that I cannot. Is this so? If so, then when will Apple be adding weight watchers to synch with it's heart app? I also have an Apple Watch and am having the same problem.
