(It's easy to set multiple from addresses, and the Apple mail client will let you select one from a list. Mail > Preferences > Accounts > select account > add additional comma-separated return addresses into the field.) Or have whatever software is generating your tickets set to show a bogus return address.

Modify the procedure linked below to take into account the fact that the configuration base path in Server is /Library/Server/Mail/Config/postfix, not /etc/postfix. Test before deploying.
