    Hi kingz1A,
     

    Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities.
     

    It seems like you can't make In App Purchases from the iTunes Store. Are you using iTunes on a computer, or trying to buy them from within an iOS app?
     

    Although you can view some In App Purchases on the app page in iTunes, you have to buy them from within the app on your iOS device.
