Photo library is being disabled
Why am I receiving a message that my photo library will be deleted in seven days. This happened after I downloaded ios 9. What can can do to keep my photo library?

Best guess is that you turned iCloud Photo library off and that the message actually says that your iCloud library will be deleted in 30 days so you have to be sure they are all downloaded to your Mac
To get other than guesses please provide details including the OS you have, the version of Photos, the exact and complete message and what has recently changed
