Screen getting blurry at left bottom edge & edges look yellow when off - Apple Cinema Display 24"

Hi,

I have a Apple Cinema Display 24" connected using mini displayport to my aluminum late 2008 MacBook. Just recently my Apple Cinema Display starting getting blurry in the left bottom edge of the screen. I thought my eyes were going bad but it's the monitor. Also, when the screen is completely off you can see the edges on the left/bottom are yellowish instead of black. This really ***** because they don't make these monitors anymore with the mini displayport and also I really love this monitor, it was always so vibrant and clear. I've never had a monitor do this before, usually the backlight burns out or logic board burns out, that's the only issue I've ever had with monitors. This looks like something is going on with the actual panel. I've included pictures below, you can see the off color yellow when it's off but the picture with it on doesn't really show the blurryness when on, you have to see it in person. Does anyone know what is wrong or what caused this?? Is it fixable??? Thanks for your time!!!
