Storage and Application Problems
My software storage are weird, my application used 52GB but my storage preview shown 290GB . How come?

That's probably a Spotlight's mistake. To fix it you have to reindex your OS X partition by following these steps -> Spotlight: How to re-index folders or volumes - Apple Support (you have to add the "Macintosh HD" volume). It may take a while until Spotlight finishes reindexing your OS X volume.
